Do you monitor the signings?
Our staff will monitor signings from beginning to end. We also provide scan review and ensure docs are dropped at the appropriate carrier?
How do you select a notary?
We use a three-step vetting process to select our notaries. This is based on credentials, time in profession, and previous feedback from prior jobs.
How quickly can a notary be assigned?
We typically require 2 hours notice before the requested signing time to assign a notary and for them to be on time. Situation and location pending, we can assign a notary quicker than that!
Does your company have E&O insurance?
Our company carries 2 million in Errors and Omission insurance and each notary is required to have their own state required E&O policy.
Can our title software integrate with your platform?
Yes, our platform integrates with most title software providers.
